Yes. Formosa Bar holds a full liquor license, which allows us to provide all alcohol, bartenders, and complete beverage service for your event. You don’t need to purchase, transport, or manage any alcohol — we handle everything from start to finish.
Every package includes a minimum of 2 professional bartenders, all beverages (based on your selected tier), mixers, ice, cups, straws, beverage napkins, garnishes, and full setup and breakdown. Our packages are designed not just to serve drinks, but to curate a complete experience.
Yes. We carry full liquor liability and general liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance and proof of coverage to your venue upon request — most venues require this, and we make it easy.
We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for wedding season (March through October) in Savannah. However, we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we’ll let you know availability.
Absolutely. Custom signature cocktails are one of our specialties. We’ll work with you to design drinks that reflect your personal taste, event theme, or even your love story. Our vibes — like Pure Celebration and The Oak & Vine — come with curated house cocktails, or you can add custom creations à la carte.
Yes. All of our packages include non-alcoholic beverage options, and every package can be customized to include a dedicated mocktail offering. We believe every guest deserves a thoughtful drink experience, regardless of their preference.
Every package includes a minimum of 2 professional bartenders. For larger events or our Complete Collection package, we include an additional bartender. We can always add more bartenders based on your guest count and service needs.
Of course. Our standard service window is 4 hours, but we offer extensions for events that run longer. Just let us know during the planning process and we’ll include it in your proposal.
Sealing the Spirits is a unique Formosa Bar offering where we provide a handpicked bottle that’s boxed along with notes from your guests. It’s designed to be opened and enjoyed at a future date — a first anniversary, for example. It’s included in The Complete Collection package and The Oak & Vine vibe.
We serve Savannah, GA and the surrounding coastal region including Tybee Island, Pooler, Richmond Hill, and St. Simons Island in Georgia, as well as Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Beaufort, and Charleston in South Carolina, and Jacksonville, FL. For events outside our standard service area, contact us to discuss travel accommodations.
Each vibe is an add-on that shapes the personality of your bar experience. Pure Celebration is high-energy and fun with interactive elements like Spin the Wheel. The Oak & Vine is refined and Southern-inspired with espresso martinis and local Savannah bar snacks. Family Table is intimate and sentimental with a Unity Cocktail and a guest-signed wine bottle. Each vibe is $5 per person.
